Contact Workspace
This tutorial walks you through how to access and manage contact workspace features in the Worktraq application. It shows you how to navigate the different sections so you can efficiently handle contact-related tasks.

1. Open Contact Module
To access the Contact module, click Contact in the main top menu.
2. Entry View
The "Entry" displays all the details of the contact.
3. Access History
Click on "History" to view the changes or activity logs associated with the current contact.
4. Contact List
Click "List" to view all contacts available in the WorkTraq system.
5. Custom List View
In the "List", click "Column Selected" and then choose the columns you want to display in the list.
6. Delete Contact
You can delete a contact by clicking the "Delete" icon next to the contact you want to remove.
7. View Specific Contact
Click the arrow next to the contact you want to view to access the contact entry.
8. Find Contact
Click "Find" to quickly locate a contact using specific filters. This makes it easier to find the contact you are looking for efficiently.
9. Start Find Contact
In "Contact Find", after filling in the required information, click "Continue" to start finding your contact. All the fields can be combined together to narrow down specific contact.
