Order Reports by Same Material SKU
This tutorial guides you through generating detailed sale order reports by same material SKU using the Worktraq App. This report helps you identify orders using the same material in production, allowing you to prepare and manage materials more efficiently.

1. Open Sales Order
2. Open Production Reports
Select "Production Reports" to view available reporting options.
3. Select Same Material SKU Report
Click "Find SKU with same material in progress" to open the report for incomplete SKUs.
4. Use the Report Filters
A filter panel will appear on the right. Use this form to refine your report by combining multiple filters for more accurate results.
5. Select Product
Click the 
icon to choose a specific product. This field is required.
6. Select Company
Click the company icon to choose a specific company.
7. Select Contact
Click the 
contact icon to filter by a specific contact.
8. Select Sales Representative
Click the contact icon to filter by a specific sales representative.
9. Select CSR
Click the contact icon to choose a Customer Service Representative for more refined results.
10. Filter By Job Number
Enter a Job number to narrow down results to specific jobs.
11. Select Specific Date
Click the 
date picker to filter results by a single date.
Note: Do not use this if you plan to apply a Date Range.
12. Apply Date Range
Select a date range option to filter orders over a period of time.
Note: Use this instead of Specific Date, not together.
13. Generate Report
Click "Continue" to generate the report based on your selected filters.
14. Export Report

You have successfully generated a report showing orders with the same material SKU. You can now review the results and export the report to help track production and manage orders more effectively.
