Sales Order Workspace
This guide explains how to navigate and use the Sales Order Workspace in WorkTraq.

1. Open Sales Orders
2. Open Entry Section
Click "Entry" to view detailed sales order information.
3. Review Sales Order Details
At the top of the page, you’ll see all sales order details, including:
- Company and contact information
- Billing and shipping details
- Payment terms and other key information
4. Use the Middle Menu
5. Line Entry Section
Click "Line Entry" to add or manage individual line items in the sales order.
6. Open Costings
Click "Costings" to review and manage pricing, costs, and margins.
7. Access Workflow
Click "Workflow" to view production steps, assigned users, and lead times.
8. Open Fulfillment Section
Click "Fulfillment" to access shipment details.
9. Open Invoices Tab
Click "Invoices" to manage invoices linked to the sales order.
10. Open Purchase Order Tab
Click "Purchase Orders" to manage purchase order information linked to the sales order.
11. Select Task Tab
Click "Task" to view and assign tasks related to the sales order.
12. Access Proof Tab
Click "Proof" to review proofs or samples associated with the order.
Note: This is a hidden tab that appears only when a sales order requires digital proof
13. Open Taxes Tab
Click "Taxes" to review the tax breakdown.
Note: This is a hidden tab that appears only when a sales order includes custom taxes for multi-location shipping.
14. Open Other Section
Click "Other" to access additional options and communication related to the sales order.
15. View History
Click "History" to review the sales order’s activity log and change history.
16. Switch to List View
Click "List" to view all sales orders in a clear, list-style format.
17. List Indication
Overdue sales orders that remain incomplete will be highlighted in yellow, helping you quickly identify items that require attention.
18. Customize List View
Click the
arrow icon to choose which sales order columns you want to display.
19. Open a Specific Sales Order
In the list view, click the
arrow next to a sales order to open its details.
20. Find a Sales Order
Click "Find" to search for sales orders or related records.
21. Enter Search Criteria
Fill in one or more fields to narrow down your search results.
22. View Search Results
Click "Continue" to display the search results.
You have successfully navigated the Sales Order Workspace in WorkTraq. You can now manage sales orders, review details, and use search tools efficiently.
